WHAT IS IT?
The vision for our Literacy Framework is to provide our
educational community with resources and common
understandings across schools. Our framework is designed to
share current literacy-based research and examples of proactive,
school-based structures as well as concrete examples of K-12
instruction and intervention.
As we know, oral language predates written language by thousands of years and its connection is shown as it hugs the five components. When learners experience difficulty with becoming an independent reader, the problem lies somewhere here.
